My experience with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) has been amazing. I learned so many new things about business that I didn’t know before, like how to create a product, market it, and present to investors. I also enjoyed working with the many mentors and instructors who volunteered their time to help me, and I feel proud of building my business from my own idea. Overall, YEA! gave me confidence and skills that I will carry with me in the future.

The amount of confidence in leadership my middle school daughter gained through this program was incredible to witness. Not only did she learn entrepreneurial skills that will help her innovate in whatever career she chooses to follow, she also gained incredible professional and interpersonal skills that I have seen help her both academically and socially in school. YEA! doesn’t just teach business skills, they teach life skills.

The Young Entrepreneurs Academy was the most transformational and life-changing program I took as a student. YEA! helped me launch a video production company as a teenager, but more importantly gave me the confidence to succeed in future endeavors and bounce back from future failures. For me, its impact and benefits outweighed four years at a leading university.

I went into the YEA as an 18 year old without an idea on where I wanted my life to go after highschool, thanks to the YEA I am now all in on entrepreneurship! The instructors are extremely friendly, helpful, and motivating. There is no pre-college entrepreneurship class like the YEA out there, you leave with a real business that you can make genuine money with. If you are a parent reading this I promise you will not regret putting your kid in this program!

I have seen such a transformation in our son over the past year, thanks to the Young Entrepreneurs Academy program in Rochester, NY. The relationships forged with like-minded peers that were enrolled in YEA, and through his interactions with YEA mentors and local business owners from across our region will benefit our son for the rest of his life.
