The Deluxe Foundation is supporting the next generation of American business leaders by providing funding to Chambers of Commerce to launch the groundbreaking YEA! program. The Deluxe “Go National” Startup Funds will provide selected Chambers with $2,500 to help bring the Academy to their local community. Learn more about the Deluxe Grants.

Exactly What Your Community Needs

The YEA! program teaches young people the how to “make a job” philosophy, develops our future workforce, builds a culture of innovation and is fun and exciting! Additionally, Chambers of Commerce that run the YEA! program experience increased member engagement, business community commitment, positive media attention and membership growth.

  • Foster job creation, economic development and youth empowerment.
  • Strengthen relationships between the business and educational communities.
  • Create opportunities for Chamber members to actively participate in the program.
  • Promote the role of the Chamber in your community and generate new membership.

Let’s Go National!

With the Deluxe Foundation’s support, we will provide launch grants for Chambers of Commerce in the 19 states we do not have a presence. One grant per state will be made available.
States where the YEA! program is not currently active: Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming, Wisconsin, plus the District of Columbia.

How to Apply Complete and submit the application. After your application is reviewed, YEA! National will contact your Chamber to schedule a phone interview.
Dates and Deadlines Grant applications are currently being accepted. YEA! will support new chapter launches in two waves:

Selected Chambers of Commerce will be awarded a $2,500 grant to be applied toward their YEA! program license. Training and support, along with a complete toolkit which includes lesson plans, classroom materials for students, and program managers guides, will be provided.

Rachel Zietz started her business, Gladiator Lacrosse, in YEA!, she has since pitched on ABC TV’s Shark Tank, and surpassed $1M in sales!

Sujay Tyle joined YEA! as a middle schooler where he developed a personalized candy business called Spirit Sweets, and has since become a serial entrepreneur with a résumé that anyone would be proud of!

Gabby Griffin combined her passion for fighting child hunger, neglect and abuse with her talent for baking tortillas when she launched Gabby’s Tortillas

Tanner and Spencer Harrison turned their love for camping into a fun cooking and camping tool—the Wolf’em Stick
